Tuition and Fee Rates: Ten-Year History

In Massachusetts, tuition rates for the public colleges and University of Massachusetts campuses are set by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education, and the funds are returned to the General Fund of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Fees are set by each institution's own Board of Trustees and are retained by the institutions.
