Graduate and Continuing Education

The collective bargaining agreement for the Massachusetts Teachers Association/NEA, Massachusetts State College Association Graduate and Continuing Education (GCE) covers the period from September 1, 2000 to August 31, 2003.

Agreement Preamble

"This Agreement is entered into by and between the Board of Higher Education and the Massachusetts Teachers Association/NEA as the exclusive collective barganining agent for members of the bargaining unit described in Article I, Section A."

 

Please note: As of March 10, 2008, the office of the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education
was renamed the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education. The name change will be integrated into
prior existing website content gradually over the next few months.
