Maintaining an ORP Account

The participant is responsible for maintaining his or her ORP account with the Provider. Common account maintenance requests include changing beneficiaries and changing Providers.

College Benefits Administrators or the Provider should be contacted for additional information.

Please note: As of March 10, 2008, the office of the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education
was renamed the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education. The name change will be integrated into
prior existing website content gradually over the next few months.
