New Certificate Programs

Public institutions expecting to offer (a) new certificate programs under 30 credits, or (b) new minors, concentrations, tracks, or options within existing programs must notify the Board of Higher Education at least 60 days prior to announcing such program changes. These changes do not require action by the Board of Higher Education.

New Certificate Program under 30 Credits (.DOC)
New Concentration: Community College (.DOC)
New Concentration: State College or University of Massachusetts (.DOC)

Please note: As of March 10, 2008, the office of the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education
was renamed the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education. The name change will be integrated into
prior existing website content gradually over the next few months.
