Affirmative Action Plans

The Board of Higher Education works with representatives from the state and community colleges to ensure that affirmative action plans are developed and followed by the colleges.

State Colleges

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Colleges' Affirmative Action Plan (.PDF) was approved for implementation by the colleges and the Board of Higher Education, effective July 1, 2007.

Community Colleges

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Community Colleges’ Affirmative Action Plan (.PDF) was approved for implementation, effective July 1, 2004.
